Renovated the 5^th floor of the building to include open-office seating to Workplace 2020 design standards
Private offices were reused from the existing layout, with upgraded finishes
Modified existing conference rooms; replaced drywall partitions with storefront glass
Installed five new, glass focus booths: four with individual work surfaces and the fifth with a treadmill workstation
Constructed a new café seating area with custom millwork and wet pantry
Retained main ceiling areas; installed two circular cloud ceilings in the café
Created flexible seating pods with 3Form screen partitions to delineate each area
Installed LVT flooring in the café and quiet area and carpeting throughout the space
Modified electrical system using an existing in-floor walker duct system and new poke-throughs to provide power to new systems furniture
Lighting and sprinkler modifications to support the new layout
Replaced antiquated HVAC system with new VAV boxes and DDC controls
